Shannon Cassidy is the founder and CEO of bridge between inc., a specialized management-consulting firm focused on behavioral change and communication.

Before starting her own company, Shannon spent many years as a corporate leader, successfully building profitable businesses and driving innovation and leadership initiatives. This real-world experience combined with her commitment to human potential provides clients with the practical strategies, tools and inspiration needed to thrive during organizational change and lead with vision, values and purpose.

Shannon has her degree in Business and Professional Communication from the University of Rhode Island and received her certification as an Executive Corporate Coach through the International Coach Federation. Shannon is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT), National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and The Forum of Executive Women. She graduated with Class Eighteen from the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (BMLI).

An active community volunteer Shannon makes her home in the Greater Philadelphia area with her husband and two children. She is co-author of the book Now Discover Your Inner Strengths (2010) and her new book, The 5 Degree Principle: How Small Changes Lead to Big Results, which was released in January 2013.
