Sandra Mobley

Sandra Mobley has been providing individual and team coaching for over twenty-five years. In addition, she co-designed and taught in the leadership-coaching program at Georgetown University and created an internal coaching certification program for the Internal Revenue Service. She works with leaders to clarify their purpose and align their behavior with what they want to achieve. She helps people identify and leverage their strengths and passions for greater contribution and fulfillment. Her book, “Juicy Work” provides a process for greater job fulfillment and stories of how others have changed roles.

Sandy works with partners and principals at professional service firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton and Ernst & Young. She works with executives and Vice-Presidents at AARP, Capital One, Fannie Mae, Marriott Corporation and EMMES. Government clients include US Departments of Energy, Internal Revenue Service and State, as well as Library of Congress. She had been coaching and providing keynote speaking presentations to large organizations and at the senior leadership level for 25 years.

Sandy is a Certified Master Coach by the International Coaching Federation and a Master Somatic Coach by Strozzi Institute. She is certified in and gives feedback on Myers Briggs Temperament Inventory, Benchmarks Suite of instruments, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Dynamics, Hogan Instruments, and The Leadership Circle.
