Robert Thomas

Robert J. Thomas, co-author of Geeks & Geezers: How Era, Values, and Defining Moments Shape Leaders, is a Senior Research Fellow with Accenture’s Institute for Strategic Change in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and an Associate Partner who specializes in the area of leadership and transformational change. In addition, he serves as a senior lecturer in the MIT School of Engineering. He has consulted extensively in the fields of leadership development, organization design, and in the implementation of new technology in a side variety of global companies. Bob has authored award-winning books and articles on leadership, technology, and organizational change, and he designed the much-emulated leadership curriculum of the MIT Leaders for Manufacturing program. He is also the award-winning author of What Machines Can’t Do.
