Linnea McCord

Dr. Linnea B. McCord is an associate professor of business law at the Graziadio School of Business and Management of Pepperdine University. She practiced law for many years prior to entering the academic environment, including private practice and as the General Counsel of a division of a high-technology Global Fortune 500 multinational corporation, headquartered in New York and Paris.
She is a recognized expert on ethics and business law topics and has been a frequent media commentator on these issues, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Orange County Register, the Ventura County Star, the Los Angeles Business Journal, KNX, KFWB and KPCC radio stations, KABC TV and Bloomberg Television. She is a professional public speaker and has delivered numerous seminars and speeches on ethics and business law topics to public and private companies, government entities, nonprofits, associations and academic institutions across the United States.
She received a bachelor of arts degree from University of Sydney (including a year of law school at the University of Sydney Law School), a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center, and a Master's of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
