Laura Putnam

Laura Putnam is founder and CEO of Motion Infusion, a well-being consulting and training firm that provides creative solutions in the areas of engagement, behavior change, human performance improvement, and building healthier, happier, and more innovative organizations. She has worked with a range of organizations from Fortune 500s and government agencies to academic institutes, schools, and nonprofits. A frequent keynote and community speaker, Laura also serves as the chair of the American Heart Association’s Greater Bay Area 2020 Task Force and is a recipient of the American Heart Association’s “2020 Impact” award. Laura has a diverse background in education and educational reform, organizational learning and development, public policy, competitive gymnastics, and professional dance. Formerly a nationally competitive collegiate gymnast and a professional dancer, she is a certified Pilates instructor, skier, and yoga practitioner. She has appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle and the San Jose Mercury News. She lives in San Francisco, CA.
