Kim Tubbs-Herron is Microsoft’s Regional General Manager for Small Midmarket Business and Distribution (SMB&D) in the East Region, based in Atlanta GA. Kim leads Microsoft’s sales, marketing, and support teams for a vast partner ecosystem. Kim is responsible for business leadership, people leadership, sales strategy and execution, aligning and connecting programs with customers and partners through distribution channels. Kim led her team to the company’s top sales team award, circle of excellence, in 2008.

Prior to joining Microsoft in 1996, she worked with Digital Equipment Corporation for 13 years in numerous sales positions. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Maryland. She is a board member and marketing chairperson for Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF).
