Charlie Hughes is a policy analyst with E21 at the Manhattan Institute. Previously, he was a research associate at the Cato Institute. Hughes’s writings have been published in Newsweek, Washington Examiner, Politico Europe, RealClearPolicy, Orange County Register, and Boston Herald. Hughes holds a B.A. in economics and public policy from the University of Chicago.
