Paul J. Sarvadi 
Chairman of the Board and CEO and co-founder of Insperity, formerly Administaff, and its subsidiaries, is a Class II director and has been a director since the Company’s inception in 1986. Paul serves on the Board of Trustees of the DePelchin Children’s Center in Houston. In 1995 AND 2001, he was selected as Houston’s Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for service industries.
