Andrew Sherman 
Andrew J. Sherman joined Dickstein Shapiro Morin & Oshinsky LLP as a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice in 2005.
He is the author of 13 books on the legal and strategic aspects of business growth, franchising, capital formation, and the leveraging of intellectual property. He also has written many articles on similar topics for a variety of trade and business publications.
Andrew serves as an adjunct professor in the University of Maryland’s Masters of Business Administration Program (M.B.A.) and in Georgetown University’s M.B.A. Program.
