For more than twelve years he has been doing sales and management seminars all over North America. His company IAS Training, delivers public and private seminars and in-house consulting on both sales and sales management. In addition his company sells books, audio tapes and video tapes on these subjects. Brad uses practical methods, realistic strategies and usable techniques to help increase sales through providing exceptional customer service. Brad's specialty is in-house training and consulting. He works with both large and small retail companies installing sales management systems and training salespeople on sales, customer service and communication.
