Chad Moutray 
Chad Moutray is the founder and president of Pinchfield Consulting & Analytics, LLC., which conducts economic research for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and International Franchise Association.
He served as the Chief Economist and Director of Economic Research for the Office of Advocacy at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) from 2002 to 2010.
Prior to working at the SBA, Dr. Moutray was the Dean of the School of Business Administration at Robert Morris College in Chicago. (It is now called Robert Morris University of Illinois).
