Ken Blanchard, co-founder and chief spiritual officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies and chairman of The Center for FaithWalk Leadership, is the author or c-author of over thirty books, including one of the best-selling business books of all time, The One Minute Manager, and the giant business best-sellersRaving Fans, Gung Ho!, Whale Done! andEmpowerment Takes More Than a Minute. Cr3edited with twelve best-sellers to date, his books have combined sales of more than thirteen million copies in twenty-five languages. Ken also co-developed Situational Leadership II – among the world’s most practical, effective, and widely used leadership programs on the market today. In demand as a keynote speaker, he has addressed numerous gathering of Fortune 500 companies as well as leaders from around the world. Ken maintains a visiting lectureship and also serves as trustee emeritus at Cornett University, where he received his Ph.D. He has received many honors, including the prestigious International Management Counsel’s McFelly Award, putting his alongside such honorees as W. Edwards Deming and Peter Drucker. Ken and his wife, Marjorie, and their two children, Scott and Debbie, all remain active in The Ken Blanchard Companies, which is headquartered in San Diego, California.
