Grace-Marie Turner 
Grace-Marie Turner is president of the Galen Institute, which promotes public education on health and tax policy issues. She speaks and writes extensively on health policy issues, focusing on the impact of tax policy and incentives to promote a better functioning health care market. She is also a founding member of the Consensus Group, which serves as a forum for analysts from the major market-oriented think tanks to analyze and develop health policy recommendations. Grace-Marie is a former executive director of the National Commission on Economic Growth and Tax Reform and senior advisor to presidential candidate Steve Forbes. She has also been vice president for information marketing at the Heritage Foundation, press secretary to Sen. Pete Domenici, R-NM, deputy press secretary to the Pres. Ford Campaign, a media advisor to the Republican National Committee, and an award-winning journalist as a Washington correspondent with the Copley News Service and feature writer with the Albuquerque Journal.
