A business consultant, speaker, author, and executive coach, Mary Hessler Key heads Mary Hessler & Associates (MHA), an organizational development and transformation consulting firm. Dedicated to helping entrepreneurs succeed and their organizations grow, Mary works with executives in areas such as group facilitation, leadership development and change management and she consults on a range of subjects including visioning, organizational development, selection and hiring, customer service and entrepreneurship. She has also authored a book entitled, The Entrepreneurial Cat: 13 Ways to Transform Your Business Life. Mary is a member of the National and Central Florida Speakers Associations, Organizational Development Network, SearchNet, American Society for Training and Development’s Senior Forum, Florida Women’s Alliance, leadership Florida, and Network of Executive Women. She received a Ph.D. with a focus in organizational development form the University of Virginia and a B.S. in human development from the University of Massachusetts. |
